The Role
We’re seeking a D365 CE Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-workstream transformation projects blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with clients to co-design delivery roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every phase of the project drives real value. This is a role for someone who thrives in the detail, builds trust quickly, and knows how to steer complex CRM implementations with clarity and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading end-to-end delivery of D365 CE projects, from mobilisation to go-live
* Collaborating with clients to shape delivery plans aligned to their mission and outcomes
* Managing cross-functional teams across design, build, test, and deployment
* Overseeing key delivery areas: requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live
* Identifying risks early and putting mitigation plans in place
* Supporting delivery at every stage from planning through to closure
* Championing best practice and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects
* A strong grasp of project delivery disciplines and stakeholder engagement
* Experience in Not-for-Profit or Higher Education sectors is a bonus, but not essential
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to build trust and influence at a senior level
* Confidence navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across delivery teams
