Programme Director (O2C Business Transformation)
Location: UK (London, Manchester, or Corby) or Haarlem, Netherlands
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working, with international travel
We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to partner with our Global Process Owner (GPO) in delivering our O2C business transformation programme, focusing on aligning global people activity, processes, and technology around Order to Cash.
You will bring expertise in hands-on project management and influencing globally dispersed stakeholder groups to deliver results and focus teams effectively.

The Role
This role will drive the Process and Operational Excellence Programme specifically for the Order to Cash (O2C) workstream, in conjunction with the Global Process Owner for O2C. It involves process harmonization, standardization, and alignment with the GBS Strategy.
The GPO role for O2C is newly established and encompasses a broad scope of initiatives including establishing the function, defining governance, driving process harmonization, performance improvements, and preparing for system and technology changes.
The role holder will support the GPO, manage multiple initiatives, track activities, coordinate projects, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities Include
* Develop the plan for the O2C workstream, including milestones, deadlines, and processes
* Design, implement, and evolve project and change management capabilities
* Create cross-functional workstreams to achieve programme objectives
* Identify critical roles for successful system, data, and process changes
* Develop and monitor the programme budget, including risk allowances
* Manage risks and control changes post-approval
* Ensure business requirements are incorporated into system designs
* Facilitate workshops and drive adoption of new processes and tools
* Report on project milestones, health, and budget to senior leadership
* Provide strategic and tactical leadership for prioritization and resource management
* Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions
* Handle ad-hoc projects as needed

Experience We Will Be Looking For
* Significant experience leading complex change/transformation projects, especially around global ERP processes
* Understanding of GPO structures and stakeholder engagement
* Knowledge of global shared service processes and controls, O2C preferred
* Experience with different project methodologies
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for change management
* Experience managing teams within a matrix structure
* Ability to balance attention to detail and strategic vision
* Cross-functional experience is highly desirable
