We are hiring a Salon Manager for an award winning premium nail bar in Blackheath. We are looking for ambitious Salon Managers to join our team. As Salon Manager, you will be instrumental in leading day-to-day salon operations, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and fostering a high-performing, motivated team. This role demands a hands-on leadership approach with a focus on achieving operational excellence and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with company expectations. You will manage all aspects of staff performance, scheduling, and development while ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the salon. Your leadership will set the tone for service quality, team culture, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the team with a proactive, hands-on management style. Create and adjust weekly staff rotas to meet business needs. Deliver team training sessions focused on brand standards and service excellence. Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities. Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage stock control, including ordering and conducting regular stock takes. Coordinate salon maintenance to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Respond promptly to customer reviews and resolve any complaints to ensure satisfaction. Continuously enhance the customer experience, including aftercare and loyalty services. Ensure full compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in a salon management role. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Solid understanding of HR best practices and team development. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service. In-depth knowledge of salon health, safety, and hygiene standards.
