Position Overview:
Our client is looking for an Office Manager who can also act as Front of House and PA support for their busy team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception, greet visitors, answer calls and emails.

Organise diaries, meetings, events and travel arrangements.

Provide admin support to Directors and senior staff.
*
Oversee office supplies, maintenance and basic facilities management.
What you’ll bring:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Previous experience as an Office Manager, PA, or FOH.
*
Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
*
Tech-savvy and confident using MS Office and CRM systems.
