Trainee Mortgage Adviser
An outstanding opportunity to start a long-term career in Financial Services as a full-time, fully employed, home-based CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser working for one of the UK's leading mortgage providers. The role involves home-based work after completing the initial 16 weeks of office-based training.
Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser
Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure:
* During the first 16 weeks of training, a basic salary of: £25,500 per annum.
* From month 4 to month 6, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £30K per annum.
* From month 7 to month 10, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £32.5K per annum.
* From month 10 to month 16, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £35K per annum.
* From month 17 onwards, £25K basic salary plus unlimited commission, with a realistic OTE of £45K+.
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, employed role.
Location: Initially office-based for the first 16 weeks of training at our Academy Centre in Milton Keynes. After qualification, home working is available. Candidates must live within a 1-hour commute of Milton Keynes and have access to a car for training purposes.
Target Candidates: Those with a strong desire to develop a career in Financial Services, especially in mortgages and protection, with a proven track record in customer service and sales. Suitable for individuals seeking a career change.
Post-training Salary: After training, from month 4, guaranteed monthly commission will increase in tiers over 12 months. Expect realistic OTE of £50K+ in the second year, with additional benefits and promotional opportunities.
Qualifications Support: Full financial support for CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including study materials and exam fees.
Working Hours: During training: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with no holidays during the 16-week training. Post-training: shifts between 9 AM-6 PM and 11 AM-8 PM, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
Timeline: Immediate interviews, with a start date in September 2025.
