A growing property cleaning company is looking for experienced Vacant Property Cleaners for ongoing residential assignments.
The work focuses on restoring empty homes after tenants leave, ensuring they are ready for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
* Cleaning unoccupied rental properties
* Kitchen and oven cleaning
* Bathroom descaling and general sanitation
* Cleaning windows, doors, skirting, and floors
* Preparing properties for inspection handover
Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience and be used to working to a professional standard in residential settings. This role suits self-employed cleaners who already have their own equipment and cleaning supplies, as well as reliable transport for travelling between jobs. Clear English communication is required.
Jobs are usually scheduled during the week and last between 4 and 8 hours depending on the property. Weekend work may be offered when needed. Pay is £15 per hour.
