Macgregor Black are partnering with a growing consumer brand on the search for a Field Sales Representative. This is a permanent role based in Manchester.
As the Field Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of independent retailers, driving both distribution and in-store performance. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy and building strong commercial relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with independent and specialist retail accounts.
Execute regular store visits to drive visibility, availability, and sales.
Negotiate listings, promotions, and in-store positioning.
Ensure strong merchandising standards and brand presence.
Deliver product training and support to retail partners.
Monitor performance and provide regular sales insights and reporting.
Proven experience in field sales, ideally within Toy/Sports or consumer goods
Strong experience working with independent retail / specialist channels
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
