Whats on Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Flexible working arrangements with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays * Access to modern, high-spec equipment * Pension scheme and ongoing professional development Key Responsibilities * Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings from planning through to construction * Develop construction packages, specifications, schedules, and technical details * Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements * Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to support project delivery * Troubleshoot technical challenges at all RIBA stages * Utilise Vectorworks and ArchiCAD to produce high-quality technical documentation Candidate Requirements * Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent practical experience * Experience working within a UK architectural practice * Strong technical understanding of building construction, detailing, and regulations * Proficiency in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD is essential * Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes * Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a team environment To apply, please call Sophie on 01792 963134 or alternatively, send your CV across to.
