Salary: £90 - £95 per day
Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a range of welcoming primary schools in Gainsborough to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants for September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain hands-on classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.
Whether you are considering a PGCE, School Direct, or another teacher training course, this role will give you valuable experience in supporting pupils' learning and development within a supportive school environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Provide whole-class support, small group interventions, and 1:1 assistance for pupils who require additional help
Gain valuable experience in Special Educational Needs support
Work closely with experienced teachers and school staff to enhance pupils' progress and wellbeing
We are looking for graduates who:
Are passionate about working with children and education
Want to gain classroom experience before applying for teacher training
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are patient, adaptable, and nurturing
Can work well in a team and show initiative
Have experience or a strong interest in SEND support

A daily rate of £90 - £95
