About the Role
:
You will be part of a local team responsible for the supervision activities and requirements of our repairs & maintenance operations, ensure all supervisory procedures are being undertaken in compliance with the company’s procedures, assess work, and deliver best in class customer service.
Role Criteria:
1. Ability to work in a faced paced environment and on your own initiative
2. Experience working in social housing and repairs
3. Managerial experience (can be trades people)
4. Excellent communication
5. Ability to work as a team
6. Good organisational, decision making and time management skills
7. Full UK driving license
