Role Details
Due to expansion, we are recruiting Production Operators to join us at our centre of excellence for cheese cutting and packing of the nation's favourite cheeses - Cathedral City, Davidstow, and Wensleydale.
* Shift Patterns: Days, Lates & Nights
* Salary: £23,320.20 to £28,965.96 per annum + site bonus scheme up to £800 per annum
* Holiday: 25 Days per year + Bank Holidays
Responsibilities
* Working as part of the Operations team in an air temperature of 12°C
* Carrying out manual handling tasks, cheese cutting, yield understanding & control, line setup, operation of wrapping machines, and handling machinery and materials
* Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Site Policies, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
Candidate Profile
* Experience in a food production environment
* Manual handling experience, ideally in manufacturing
* Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
* Adaptability to changing production environments
* Experience with machinery operation
