The Role As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and regulatory compliance of our home care service. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of coordinators, supervisors, and carers as an effective domiciliary care manager. • Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain “Good” or “Outstanding” inspection ratings. • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff. • Develop care plans and monitor the quality of service as a proactive homecare manager. • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local authorities. • Drive business growth and maintain high standards of care delivery. About You To succeed as a Domiciliary Care Manager or Homecare Manager, you must have: • Proven domiciliary care experience in a management or senior leadership position. • An NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management) or be working towards it. • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in home care. • Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills. • A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
