Transfers in Sport are partnering with a global sports hospitality business to hire a CRM Operations & Data Manager to support and optimise their CRM ecosystem across data, reporting, and platform operations.
The business delivers premium experiences across major international sporting events, and this role will play a key part in enabling commercial performance and customer engagement through strong data, processes, and platform reliability.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working in detail, coordinating across teams, and ensuring CRM-related projects, data, and systems are executed effectively.
This is a marketing-adjacent role focused on platform management, data, process, and delivery, helping marketing teams operate more effectively and at scale. Hands-on involvement in campaign execution is limited.
The Role:
CRM Operations & Governance:
* Manage day-to-day CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and consistent use across markets
* Maintain governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to support scalable CRM usage
* Own and manage the communications calendar to ensure coordinated and non-overlapping customer contact
User Support & Enablement:
* Act as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries and issues
* Support users across markets to improve adoption, consistency, and confidence in using the platform
* Deliver onboarding and training to ensure effective and standardised usage
Data Quality & Management:
* Implement and maintain data hygiene processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and deduplication
* Support the development and maintenance of a reliable “single customer view” (Golden Record)
* Manage segmentation structures and data rules to ensure compliant and effective usage
UAT & Platform Delivery:
* Coordinate and manage UAT cycles for platform updates, integrations, and enhancements
* Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure changes are tested, validated, and successfully deployed
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
Ecosystem & Integration Support:
* Support CRM-related integration projects across marketing automation, ticketing, e-commerce, and BI systems
* Ensure smooth data flow and alignment across platforms within the digital ecosystem
* Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve system connectivity and performance
Reporting & Insights:
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility on CRM performance, data quality, and usage
* Support teams with insights to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness
* Monitor key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement across the ecosystem
Stakeholder Coordination:
* Work closely with regional teams, sales, marketing, and technology functions
* Facilitate alignment across markets to ensure consistent processes and delivery
* Coordinate with external partners and vendors where required

Experience Required:
* Proven experience in CRM operations, administration, or platform management
* Experience working with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g. DotDigital or similar)
* Strong understanding of how marketing teams operate, including campaign workflows and lifecycle communication
* Strong understanding of data quality, segmentation structures, and governance
* Experience coordinating UAT, system changes, or platform enhancements
* Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a structured and organised way
Desirable:
* Experience supporting system integrations (CRM, ticketing, e-commerce, BI)
* Strong analytical mindset with experience building reports or dashboards
* Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and data accuracy
* Experience working in multi-market or scaling environments
