Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Overview
* Engaging with clients and candidates to build strong relationships
* Marketing our recruitment services via phone and email to potential clients
* Managing existing client accounts and providing excellent customer service
* Sourcing and matching candidates to exciting job opportunities
* Reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews
* Writing and advertising job roles online
Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Requirements
* Ambition, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
* Some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C), including English & Maths (A-Levels/Degree beneficial)
Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Remuneration
