* Job Title: Primary Learning Support Assistant
* Location: Quinton House School (Preparatory)
* Salary: Starting from £20,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)
* Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only (41.6 weeks)
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Quinton House School is seeking a caring, energetic and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our warm and vibrant school community. This role will be working within our preparatory school. Working closely with teachers and pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, the successful applicant will play a vital role in helping our youngest learners grow in confidence, develop key skills and reach their full potential.

Role Responsibilities:

* Provide tailored support to pupils during lessons, group activities and one‑to‑one sessions
* Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions
* Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Promote pupils’ emotional wellbeing, independence and confidence
* Work closely with teachers to support learning objectives
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Warm, patient and enthusiastic
* Passionate about supporting young children’s development
* Able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively
* Organised, flexible and proactive
* A team player who is committed to pupil wellbeing
* Experienced in a school setting (desirable, not essential)
