We are looking for
a dynamic, highly driven and enthusiastic experienced nurse who is passionate about providing a high standard of care to join the team as a B6 CNS.
The role requires the post holder to work closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team involved in the Uro-Oncology care pathway in both the inpatient and outpatient setting in BHOC.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop, clinically, personally and professionally, helping to shape the service that we deliver to our patients.
The position is Monday - Friday with the option of flexible working considered. Any flexible working pattern would need to include Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays as standard.
The post holder will utilise skills of clinical expertise, education and management to ensure a seamless service for patients carers and staff.
The post holder will work cohesively with all members of the multidisciplinary team and promote effective liaison with the team in ensuring that the very best services to patients are provided at all times.
The post holder will provide advice, support and information from time of diagnosis and throughout the treatment pathway.
Communicate effectively, motivating and supporting multidisciplinary team members in situations that may be sensitive and complex in nature, always maintaining patients confidentiality
Provide patients and staff with specialist advice to manage complex symptoms
