3. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field sales professionals
4. Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national business objectives.
5. Drive performance through effective KPI management, forecasting, and pipeline development.
6. Build strong, strategic customer relationships to enhance retention and revenue growth.
7. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure service excellence.
9. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.
10. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial tools, MRO, or distribution sectors.
12. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
13. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
14. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
15. Ability to travel regionally as required.
16. Experience in regional sales operations.
17. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
