About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable Contracts Manager to oversee multiple refurbishment and small building projects simultaneously. Typical project values are up to £500,000, and you will be working across various sites in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and the wider South West. You will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of your projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
