We currently have an opportunity for Back Of House Hospitality Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2025/26 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
Role Responsibility
* Supervise all kitchen staff including CDP's, kitchen porters and kitchen assistants
* Delegate tasks and ensure time-efficient food preparation
* Train and mentor team members as needed
* Lead service in the assigned kitchen. Following specs and instruction from senior chef team
* Plan and manage timelines for food prep, cooking, and service
* Ensure food is hot, fresh, and ready for service at the correct time
* Calm under pressure: Maintains control and clarity in a high-pressure environment, especially during peak service
* Organisation & efficiency: Able to manage multiple kitchen operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain consistent standards
* Culinary expertise: Strong background in high-volume, quality food preparation with a passion for fresh, innovative dishes
* Attention to detail: Delivers food presentation, hygiene, and safety to the highest standards
