After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation session, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on business training with mentors who were once in your shoes. Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You’ll learn to understand cost control, read your branch’s P&L statement, and develop the ability to run a profitable business while delivering exceptional customer service. We will teach you effective communication, influencing, and interaction with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You’ll learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management. These skills will support you in marketing to local business partners and building long-lasting relationships with key decision makers. You’ll also learn to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote staff, with opportunities for pay progression and continued promotions.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
* You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations are possible for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
* No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
