You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a professional team. What You’ll Do: Carry out daily, weekly, monthly and periodic cleaning duties to a high standard. Clean designated areas efficiently in accordance with service requirements. Use cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals safely and correctly following training. Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment, and any hazards immediately. Ensure cleaning stores are kept clean, tidy and equipment is stored safely. Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment and maintain high standards of personal hygiene. Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and site-specific procedures. Respond professionally to customer enquiries and report any issues to the Cleaning Supervisor. Assist with moving furniture in preparation for deep cleaning and meetings. Complete any required paperwork accurately. Maintain security awareness and ensure work areas are secured at the end of each shift. Be flexible to work additional hours to cover holidays and sickness when required. What You Bring: Essential Must be prepared to work internally and externally. Health and Safety Procedures must be followed at all times. Identify the standard/end result required for a task and complete it accordingly. Support team to achieve work goals, etc. Work within the Health and Safety Guidelines and Quality Procedures, where appropriate, at all times. Must be over 18 Desirable Ability to work under one’s own initiative.
