2. Proven track record of developing and trading highly commercial fashion ranges that exceed sales/profit targets.
3. Deep understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and the whole buying process with a strong print eye.
4. A passion for trends who excels in driving newness in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experienced in negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value, cost prices, and lead times.
