Manage utilities and council tax accounts across property portfolio (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax)
Oversee daily utility operations including resolving billing issues and processing payments
Use workflow management systems to track and manage utility data
Maintain accurate financial records in coordination with Finance team
Work with third-party partners and local councils to resolve queries and discrepancies
Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills
Familiarity with SAGE 50 accounting software
Previous utilities or property management experience
