To continue to develop skill sets appropriate to aid in the support of technology maintaining a good all-round knowledge of current, legacy & future tech. Engage with stakeholders at all levels within the business looking for ways to improve and enhance user experience. Main Activities/Responsibilities: 2nd Line Tickets relating to Infrastructure, Patching, Security & Hardware. Support the IT Helpdesk to Provide Cover where Needed. Support in Cyber Essentials Remediation & Accreditation. Support Senior Manager, Global Infrastructure & Cybersecurity where appropriate. Work with the International Service Delivery Manager & Team where required. Network Monitoring Involved in Server Building. VMWare Monitoring & Maintenance. Documentation Creation and maintenance Assist in making Software & Hardware more efficient. Provide Out of Hours support where required within the agreed scope. Stakeholder Engagement at all Levels Assisting in training of new solutions to employees. Assist with Administration and development of Digital Applications. Improve self-knowledge via Online Learning and other resources. Maintain good documentation & Training Guides for internal & external Staff. Enhance collaboration with Global IT team to enhance user experience.
