About the role
As a Shift Leader, you will support the Branch Leadership Team and colleagues to ensure the branch is healthy, safe, and legal at all times, maximizing efficiency, availability, and customer service.

You will be responsible for
Managing the opening and closing of the branch, overseeing operations, and making decisions prioritizing health and safety, especially in the absence of the Area Manager.

You will need
Strong communication skills, with experience supervising or managing a team.
