The team has an excellent client base and handles a broad and engaging range of commercial property work, specialising in complex and high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to take a key role within our Commercial Property department, working on a broad and high-quality caseload with significant autonomy.
The role will include:
1. Acting on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, agricultural and secured lending.
2. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
3. Playing an active role in business development and profile-raising for the firm
4. Taking on supervisory responsibilities and help shape the future of the department.
The Successful Candidate
We are looking for:
5. Minimum 8 year PQE – applications from solicitors with more experience are also desired.
6. Tech-savvy, adaptable and eager to look at new technology initiatives
7. Excellent organisational skills and an understanding of the importance of client communication.
8. Ambitious and forward thinking with a passion for commercial property work.
9. Strong technical expertise and the ability to handle complex matters independently
10. A collaborative and commercial mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider success of the firm
11. Start date- April/May 2026.
