Our client is a Health & Protection Broker offering a fantastic opportunity to join their close-knit team.
The Opportunity
This varied role requires confident individuals to communicate with clients and insurers via telephone. As the first point of contact, you'll handle queries using your initiative to ensure excellent customer service. You will also gather relevant data for client/customer renewal schemes and assist with administration tasks such as invoicing, claims, underwriting, and accounts.
Training and development will be provided to ensure your success, along with great benefits from working with the UK's largest independent insurance broker.
What’s Needed To Be Considered?
* Previous Healthcare or PMI experience
* Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience
* Strong communication skills and confidence over the phone
* Attention to detail
* Good understanding of MS Office, Word, and Excel
