Role Overview
As Team Leader, you will lead and manage a small team of Economic Regeneration Project Managers to deliver projects from start to finish. You will also lead on your own projects and collaborate with colleagues across the council and with public and private sector partners. The role involves coordinating with senior managers, Councillors, developers, and infrastructure providers to ensure successful project delivery.

About You
We are looking for passionate individuals with a proven track record in delivering capital projects and leading teams. Key skills include:
* Excellent communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills
* Ability to work at senior levels within the organisation and with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to motivate staff and lead multi-disciplinary teams
* Ability to work under significant pressure, be self-motivated and use own initiative
Previous experience in Local Government is advantageous but not essential. We welcome candidates from the private sector who are eager to make a difference.
