Responsibilities
* Project‑manage the installation of refrigeration, air handling and air conditioning.
* Apply technical and organisational skills to deliver outstanding customer service, meeting the unique requirements of each job.
* Ensure all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are followed.
* Work from office to customer sites, planning jobs, advising the installation team or solving problems.
* Act as the main contact point for customers from initial order to commissioning, working closely with in‑house engineers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
* Technical skills and knowledge as a refrigeration and air‑conditioning engineer.
* Experience supervising or overseeing installation of refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers and/or AHUs (advantageous but not essential).
* Friendly, professional manner and ability to form strong business relationships with customers, colleagues and sub‑contractors.
* Computer literate; ability to use Microsoft Office 365.
* Clean, current driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
* Based in or around King's Lynn or Norwich, Norfolk.
* Willingness to complete a DBS check as required by safeguarding policies.
