You'll support a busy Technology team on a mix of tech-focused and commercial contracting work, contributing to a wide range of ongoing projects.
Drafting and negotiating a variety of technology and commercial agreements
• Assisting on projects involving digital, operational or tech-led change
• Engaging directly with clients and helping to manage risk
• Qualified lawyer with solid commercial/technology experience
• Confident handling complex contracts with minimal supervision
• 6-month FTC with potential for extension
