We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor working within an Automotive Commercial Vehicle Dealer group, in the Caerphilly area. Our Client is seeking a skilled Vehicle Trade Parts Advisor / Vehicle Trade Parts Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals. Benefits: Starting basic salary is fully dependent on your experience within the parts department. Two performance-related bonuses providing additional earnings worth a total of up to £3,600 per annum. Overtime subject to availability paid at time and a half. 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays. Full in-house and franchise accreditation training provided. Requirements: Commutable travelling distance to Caerphilly – ideally be located close to Newport. Have previous working experience in a busy Parts Department. A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems Obtain a UK Driving Licence with minimal points. Sublime customer service skills As a Parts Advisor for our client; you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts. You will be required to serve on both the Front and Back counters serving both Retail customers and the workshop. Moreover, it’s imperative that all company policies and procedures are strictly adhered too, regardless of the area of responsibility. The salary for this Parts Advisor position is up for discussion and based on your experience within the Parts Department. Hours of work in this role are Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm, with 1-in-3 Saturdays 7:00am to 1:00pm paid at time and a half.
