Robert Half is in sought of an Interim Finance Manager based in Trafford Park to start ASAP!
As Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of financial management and reporting, ensuring effective financial planning, control, and compliance. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director providing timely and accurate financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all day-to-day financial transactions with the support of a small finance team.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
* Manage core accounting functions, including purchase, sales, and nominal ledgers, payroll, pensions, tax, credit control, gift aid, and investment oversight.
* Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and charitable financial requirements.
* Develop and implement financial control systems to safeguard the organisation's assets and income streams.
Requirements:
* Part-qualified (finalist) or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA).
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance role within an SME environment.
