Nursery Nurse (Level 3 Qualified) - Immediate Start

Contract: Temporary (Summer Term), with potential to extend
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester for an immediate start. This role will initially run for the remainder of the Summer term, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive early years team, helping to provide a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young learners.
Key Requirements
* A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (must be eligible for use within staff-to-child ratios)
* Previous experience working within an Early Years or school setting
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A proactive, caring, and flexible approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences
* Assisting with planning and implementing engaging activities
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children
* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
