What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the end-to-end onboarding and roll-out of new salary sacrifice schemes
* Building strong relationships with clients through regular contact and review meetings
* Delivering engaging presentations to employees and employers on scheme benefits and processes
* Driving scheme uptake through confident, consultative selling and effective objection handling
What You’ll Need to Bring
* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in salary sacrifice or employee benefits
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to simplify complex information
* Highly organised, target-driven and resilient under pressure
