As the Customer Service Advisor your duties will include: * Manage incoming enquiries, ensuring they are accurately routed to the appropriate teams to support timely resolution and maximise sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate customer records * Generate and qualify leads using external databases and technical enquiries * Support the team with communications, including new products & market research. An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have: * Confident making outgoing calls. * Possess an excellent telephone manner. * Proven experience working within a busy customer service environment.
