Youll play a key role in proving out new products and batch work while ensuring exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
CNC Milling Machinist Responsibilities: Set and operate 5-axis CNC machines for new product development and batch production Create and edit programs using Mazak (Mazatrol Smooth) and/or Heidenhain controls Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations Prove out complex parts engineered offline Quality measuring devices experience (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Perform routine maintenance to optimise machine performance Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and enhance product quality CNC Milling MachinistExperience: Level 3 machining xjlbheb qualification Minimum five years experience machining complex components Skilled with Heidenhain and/or Mazatrol (offline programming experience welcome) Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail For more information on the CNC Milling Machinist position contact Ewan Smyth at Stirling Warrington
