Role Details
Position: SEN Tutor – Maths, English & Science
Location: Chichester – homes and community settings
Hours: Flexible to suit your availability
Key Responsibilities
* Assess academic ability in core subjects
* Develop structured learning plans in Maths, English and Science
* Align tuition with EHCP goals
* Adapt teaching strategies to support additional needs
* Build subject confidence and independent learning skills
* Provide consistent progress updates
Requirements
* Strong subject knowledge in at least one core area (Maths, English or Science)
* Experience supporting SEN learners
* Knowledge of inclusive teaching approaches
* Excellent safeguarding awareness
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
