PMO LEAD
Summer-Browning Associates are currently supporting our client within the central government, who are seeking a PMO Lead on an initial 6-month assignment.
Location: Milton Keynes / London - Hybrid
The ideal candidate will possess active SC Clearance and have a strong background in Project Management Office operations, with the following skills and experiences:
Experience working in a PMO environment and implementing best practice frameworks that align with large-scale Government Project Delivery standards and processes.
Proven leadership skills in managing a PMO team, including PMO managers and support staff.
Expertise in core PMO functions, such as programme/project scheduling, resource management, risk and issue management, programme governance, budgeting and cost management, and change control.
Experience with the onboarding and offboarding of resources and tracking the status of security clearances.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project scheduling and risk management tools, including Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
