We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at Blue Sky Dental & Implant Team in Belfast.
Hours & Responsibilities
* 40 hours a week over 5 days
* Core normal practice manager working hours are 8:30–5:30 pm
* Practice opening hours: Mon 8–6 pm, Tues 8–5 pm, Weds 8–8 pm, Thurs 8–4 pm and Fri 8–3 pm
* Practice opening and closing management, ensuring fully-functioning equipment and facilities
* Registered Manager responsibilities for the practice
* Operational excellence oversight (process-driven practice team)
Qualifications & Skills
* Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background; experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential
* Passionate about delivering great service
* Leadership to support colleagues to perform at their best
* Confidence working with financials: P&L, KPIs, budgets
* Focused on delivering operational excellence
