Job Description Reports to: Business Support Manager (BSM) Your role as a Part Time Receptionist/ Admin assistant Operating a busy switchboard promptly and courteously to include recording and relaying messages First point of contact. Meet and greet the businesss clients and staff providing a high level of customer service, completing all relevant visitor paperwork Keeping the reception area and front office clean and tidy at all times. Communicating and liaising with colleagues, senior members of management and external contacts Complete HR administrative support i.e. assist with recruitment drive, new starter paperwork etc. Update employee training records. Ordering and monitoring the levels of stationery for all departments. Incoming and outgoing Post management General Administrative support to management in terms of administration and preparing various documents when required Records invoices on Sage Account as directed by Business Support Manager Cash handling Organising meeting rooms and liaising with Kitchen for catering requirement when required Ensuring the correct sign in / sign out procedures are adhered to Undertaking general admin duties Essential criteria; 5 GCSEs grade A-C to include Maths & English At least 2 years experience in similar role Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office, (working knowledge of Sage Account will be an advantage) Well Organised with Strong attention to detail Highly motivated Excellent customer service Ability to maintain accurate records Quick and enthusiastic learner Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines The duties above are neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder may be required by the Business Support manager to carry out appropriate duties within the context of the job, skills and grade.
