Job Title: Security Support Officer | Location: Stoke on Trent | Pay: £12.21 - £13.21 per hour (site related)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a visible and reassuring presence across designated sites
* Ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, and the public
* Conduct regular patrols and inspections
* Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms as required
* Access control, including visitor management
* Write clear and accurate incident reports
Requirements
* Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible with working hours (including nights and weekends)
* Professional, reliable, and punctual
* IT literate (test is required)
* Full driving licence and own transport is a must
* Must be willing to travel up to 40 minutes to work
