Business Development Manager – Surveying / Geospatial
Location: Basingstoke, UK (Hybrid/Remote)

Our Geospatial Surveying division specialises in land, topographical, and utilities surveys, providing high-accuracy data to support infrastructure planning, design, and development.
We work with clients across utilities, highways, property, and major infrastructure projects, maintaining a reputation for technical excellence, compliance, and safety.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our Geospatial Surveying division, focusing on land, topographical, and utilities surveys. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing contracts to support major projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow Lucion’s presence in land, topographical, and utilities surveying.
* Engage with new and existing clients within construction, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.
* Promote Lucion’s surveying expertise and collaborate with technical teams to ensure quality service delivery.
* Represent Lucion at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging geospatial technologies to foster innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
About You
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within land, topographical, or utilities surveying.
* Established network within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or utilities sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
