We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate who is looking to make their first move into teaching and wanting to begin a brilliant career in the education sector. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning activities alongside teachers who will be able to share their experience with you. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions
Provide support to students in understanding course materials and assignments
Conduct small group or one-on-one sessions to reinforce learning concepts
Assist in the development and preparation of teaching materials
Mark assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
Collaborate with academic staff in the planning and execution of teaching activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for education and a desire to support student learning
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is desirable but not essential
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
