Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading integrated placemaking consultancy in their search for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing Planning Team based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take on a key role within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, working with a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients including education providers, healthcare organisations, developers, and housebuilders. The Role As a Senior Town Planner, you will take the lead on a broad range of projects across the planning process, including: Residential developments Commercial schemes Education and healthcare projects Mixed-use regeneration Energy and infrastructure developments Industrial projects You will work closely with in-house urban design and landscape teams to deliver planning strategies that not only meet policy requirements but also contribute to the creation of sustainable, high-quality places.
