Job Title: Apprenticeship and Compliance Officer
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum
Location: Enfield
Contract: Temporary contract
Hours: Monday to Friday full time
Overview:
My client is looking for a skilled and proactive Apprenticeship Standards and Compliance Officer to take the lead on all administrative responsibilities, playing a key role in maintaining the high-quality delivery of their apprenticeship programmes.
Experience:
·Proven experience supporting Apprenticeship programmes, with a strong understanding of End-Point Assessment (EPA) processes
·Solid background in Quality Assurance and/or working within a Management Information Systems (MIS) function
·Demonstrated success in administrative roles, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
·Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
·A clear understanding of safeguarding practices relating to young people and vulnerable adults
Day to Day Responsibilities:
·Take responsibility to ensure all apprentices are fully compliant including but not limited to; sign up/new start paperwork, off the job training hours, monthly monitoring etc
·Administer the sign up or new apprentices, preparing paperwork for staff
