Field Repair Manager Responsibilities
* Efficiently plan engineer workloads including the allocation of repair works.
* Maintain a portfolio of work.
* Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conduct risk assessments and method statements.
* Carry out regular site monitoring.
* Maintain relationships with customers, addressing queries and complaints.
Field Repair Manager Requirements
* Previous experience within the lift industry (or a similar service industry with transferable skills) is essential.
* Relevant management qualifications are desirable.
* Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering.
