In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep for our clients equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing repairs, and maintaining our equipment and facilities The company treat technician like the lifeblood of their business. The role will be working around Northampton, surrounding areas and London. You get a van, complete with a fuel card, automatic payment for parking, toll charges and congestion charges. Other duties include: Servicing and maintaining catering equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, and dishwashers. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Work with clients to understand their specific catering equipment needs and provide appropriate solutions.
