Your new role
As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role within the team and take ownership of your own client portfolio. Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing your workload across planning, clientmunication, and billing
2. Preparing full sets of accounts files for partner review
3. Acting as the first point of contact for clientpliance queries
4. Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
5. Working confidently with cloud-based accounting systems
6. Ensuring all work meets current regulatory andpliance standards
What you'll need to succeed
7. AAT Level 3/4, Part‑Qualified ACCA, or QBE
8. Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK accounting regulations
9. Confidentmunication skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
