Contract: Full-time, Part-time & Flexible Supply OptionsStart date: ImmediatePay: £90 - £95 per day

The Supply Register works in partnership with the Odyssey Colleaborative Trust supporting their primary schools across Derby. We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools and support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced support staff, newly qualified TAs, graduates, or individuals looking to gain valuable school-based experience.
Position Overview:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing. Roles vary from general classroom support to providing 1:1 assistance for children who require additional help, ensuring every pupil feels supported, confident, and ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support learning and development across the primary curriculum.
* Deliver small-group interventions and 1:1 activities when required.
* Assist the class teacher with day-to-day tasks and lesson delivery.
* Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and school staff.
* Encourage pupils’ independence, social skills, and emotional wellbeing.
