The Role:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing high voltage (HV) and substation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the design, development, and implementation of HV systems and substations.
2. Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of electrical systems.
4. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
5. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
6. Proven experience in high voltage (HV) systems and substation engineering.
7. Strong background in electrical engineering with a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming engineering challenges.
